Waiver Forms

All participants must submit a Waiver and Release of Liability Form and a Media Release Form before attending the registered start date. The waiver acknowledges the risks associated with participation, while the media release grants permission for photos and videos taken during Volleyball Reset activities. These forms are required for participation. Participants who have not submitted both forms before the registered start date will not be permitted to attend.

Refund Policy

Volleyball Reset is committed to providing clear, accurate, and transparent information to all participating athletes and their parents or guardians. By registering for any Volleyball Reset program, camp, or skills clinic, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Final Registration Policy

  • ​All registrations for Volleyball Reset camps and skills clinics are final.

  • Volleyball Reset does not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for:

    • Participant cancellations

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Non-attendance

    • Voluntary withdrawal from a program after registration has been completed

2. Medical Exception Requests

  • In exceptional circumstances where a registered athlete is physically unable to participate due to injury or medical condition, a refund request may be considered at the sole discretion of Volleyball Reset.

  • Volleyball Reset reserves the right to require supporting medical documentation, including a valid medical note from a licensed healthcare professional, before considering any refund request.

3. Refund Review and Approval

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Volleyball Reset reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for any partial or full refund.

  • Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Privacy Policy

Volleyball Reset is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of participating athletes and their parents or guardians. By registering for or participating in any Volleyball Reset program, camp, clinic, or event, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and storage of information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

​Volleyball Reset may collect personal information from athletes and their parents or guardians, including but not limited to:​​​​​​​

  • Full name

  • Residential address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Payment and billing information

  • Customer feedback and survey responses

  • Photographs, videos, and media content

  • Information and content voluntarily shared with Volleyball Reset Inc.

All information collected must be accurate, complete, and current at the time of registration or submission.

2. How We Use Collected Information

Volleyball Reset may use collected information for the following purposes:​

  • To register athletes and administer programs, camps, clinics, and events efficiently

  • To provide value, support, and a positive experience for athletes and parents or guardians

  • To communicate important information regarding registrations, payments, schedules, program updates, and organizational announcements

  • To send emails and other communications related to Volleyball Reset services and operations

  • To maintain organizational security, prevent unauthorized activity, and protect participants and staff

  • To comply with applicable legal obligations, regulatory requirements, and provincial laws within Manitoba and Canada

Volleyball Reset will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.

Terms and Conditions

Volleyball Reset is a Winnipeg, Manitoba-based volleyball organization committed to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for girls aged 11–15. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Volleyball Reset Inc. website and participation in Volleyball Reset Inc. programs, camps, clinics, and events. By using our website or registering for our programs, participants and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

​Use of the Volleyball Reset website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Registration for any Volleyball Reset Inc. program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the participant and their parent or legal guardian.

  • Individuals who do not agree to these Terms and Conditions must not use the website or participate in Volleyball Reset activities.

  • Volleyball Reset may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates on its website.

  • Continued use of the website or participation in programs following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • ​​Programs are intended for participants who meet the advertised age and eligibility requirements.

  • All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current.

  • A parent or legal guardian must complete or approve registration for any participant under 18 years of age.

  • Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Volleyball Reset reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel registration where eligibility requirements are not met or where participation may negatively impact the safety or experience of others.

3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • ​Program fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline unless otherwise communicated by Volleyball Reset.

  • Payment instructions, including accepted payment methods, will be provided upon registration.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Volleyball Reset.

  • Refund requests resulting from injury, illness, or exceptional circumstances may be considered at Volleyball Reset’s sole discretion.

4. Participant Conduct and Safety

  • Participants are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and inclusivity toward coaches, volunteers, officials, and fellow participants.

  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, violence, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Participants must follow all instructions provided by coaches, staff, and facility personnel.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to support a positive and respectful environment at all Volleyball Reset Inc. activities.

  • Volleyball Reset reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to the organization’s values.

5. Health, Liability, Media, and Privacy

  • ​Parents or guardians are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect participation.

  • Participation in volleyball and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, and participants assume such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Volleyball Reset, its directors, coaches, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation except where required by applicable law.

  • Volleyball Reset may collect, use, and store personal information for registration, communication, program administration, and safety purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, participants and parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, and recordings taken during Volleyball Reset activities for promotional, educational, and organizational purposes.
